But sometimes, i feel sure that i will end up ‘stuck’ in a relationship that makes me unhappy or worse. That’s my right.

Signs of ‘stuck’ relationship which is meaning of unhealthy relationship such as disrespect, distrust, ridicule, verbal abuse, threats, ignoring each other, fear, physical violence, one tries to control the other, etc.

Then, I found the signs of healthy relationship from free articles. It’s about mutual respect, trust/honesty, enjoy/support each other, never violent toward each other, have privacy in relationship, clear/open communication, interested in each other’s live, encourage other friendships, and more good times than bad times.

Well, i need full respect, especially based on GOD. And i can choose this person well for my long and lasting a healthy relationship. I both will have benefit in mind, body and soul for better life. Hopefully…  GOD..

Having dairy as part of my Crohn’s disease diet can be a real issue when i have an allergy to it. When i have an allergy to dairy and continue to consume it, this can make my Crohn’s disease symptoms worse and anything natural that i uses for Crohn’s disease have not any effects. I never asked having dairy as part of my Crohn’s disease diet in my earlier years as it seemed ‘normal’. But, the truth is something happened to my body.

For some studies that illustrate my poin, they deny about the fact and keep the truth quiet. They know that consuming a lot of dairy will take alkaline minerals from our bones and other places in our body to naturalize the acid forming effects of dairy products. The side effects that we will drain and burden our energy because the body is trying hard to protect it.

Then, many countries with high consumption of diary products have higher percentages of people that have problems with their bones such as osteoporosis and countries that have lower consumption of dairy have better bone health. The country where i live has high dairy consumption and has big problems when it comes to bone health, especially for old people.

So, why people still believe that dairy is a super food? They might know about the history of dairy products that a hundreds of thousands years ago, we found the physiology and digestive system are still the same as they were at a hundreds of thousand years ago. They drink a milk from cows as well as any other animals feed the new born offspring of that species. But, the young animals then will begin to eat grass solely as their diet after they have been weaned from their mother.

So, i suggest you to not consume dairy if you have Crohn’s Disease, especially for human diet. Eliminating dairy can help you to get your goal to have a good health, because to get your Crohn’s disease diet right, you should take all informations about diet and understand your body signal. There are alternative ways that you can use instead of dairy, for example you can use rice milk instead of cows milk.

Efforts to monetize the popular Internet services are increasingly a priority within the two companies, with Facebook Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter Co-founder Biz Stone outlining several initiatives at the Reuters Global Technology Summit in New York this week.

And analysts and investors, in search of the next Google-like hit, are paying close attention to the breakneck speed at which Facebook and Twitter are adding new users.

While the popularity of the two social media firms has yet to translate into the kind of revenue-generating machine that Google Inc developed with its search advertising business, some say Facebook and Twitter have become so central to the Internet experience that they are inherently valuable.

“Both are new ways of communicating. And when you have a new way of communicating … you benefit people enough so that there is going to be value there,” said Tim Draper, managing director of venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson, noting that he regretted not having invested in either firm.

In April, Twitter’s website attracted 17 million unique visitors in the United States, up sharply from 9.3 million the month before. Facebook grew to 200 million active users in April, less than a year after hitting 100 million users.

Facebook sees advertising as its primary money-making strategy, said Zuckerberg, noting that the company could eventually offer ads not just on its own website, but on other sites that interact with Facebook.

Stone said Twitter was less interested in generating revenue through advertising than it was in offering premium features for commercial users of Twitter.

The divergent strategies underscore the novelty of social networking and the lack of an established business model.

Pacific Crest Securities analyst Steve Weinstein said advertising is probably the quickest way for social services to make money in the short term, but a purely ad-supported model does not take full advantage of the business opportunities created by social media.

“The amount of real-time information being created by Twitter is unparalleled,” he said. Creating a better way to filter that information has great business potential, he said.

Because the value of social media sites improves as they become larger, Weinstein said the important thing now is for Facebook and Twitter to grow their networks and tread carefully with any monetization efforts that might inhibit that growth.

“The last thing you want to do is rush monetization and kill the golden goose,” said Weinstein.

The worms are packed up to 3,000 per square meter and chew through the grasslands like lawnmowers, leaving only brown soil in their wake, Xinhua said.

The agency described it as the worst plague in three decades in Usu, about 280 km (175 miles) west of the Xinjiang capital Urumqi.

Local experts could not identify the 2-cm (1 inch) long, thorny green worm with black stripes and samples had been sent to Xinjiang Agricultural University, Xinhua said.

“The pasture was green a week ago. But now the worms are creeping around, and they even come into my house. I have to sweep them out several times an hour,” Xinhua quoted one herdsman as saying.

Xinjiang has in the past used chickens, ducks and other birds to fight locusts, which are also a menace on the grasslands, but so far they have shown little interest in the pesky worms.

One local official said the worms might be moth larvae that have flourished in the relatively warm winter and plenty of rain.

The discovery, which almost doubles the number of known amphibians in Madagascar, illustrates an underestimation of the natural riches that have helped spawn a $390-million-a-year tourism industry.

More than 80 percent of the mammals in Madagascar are found nowhere else, while all but one of the 217 previously known species of amphibian are believed by scientists to be native.

“People think that we know which plant and animal species live on this planet,” team member Miguel Vences, professor at the Technical University of Braunschweig, said in the statement.

“But the centuries of discoveries has only just begun — the majority of life forms on Earth is still awaiting scientific recognition.”

Human demands on the land and decades of rampant logging have destroyed 80 percent of Madagascar’s rain forest, threatening hundreds of species, he said.

The study, carried out by the Spanish Scientific Research Council (CSIC), and published in the May issue of the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, suggests the find of between 129 and 221 new species of frogs could double the number of amphibians globally if the results are extrapolated worldwide.

Almost a quarter of the new species discovered have not yet been found in unprotected areas, the study stated.

Madagascar broke away from Africa almost 160 million years ago, leaving its flora and fauna to develop in isolation.
